Contact form
When you write to us, we store your name, email, the optional phone number and organization you give, your message and the language you used, so we can reply. Messages are read only by the Qatra team at SecAITech.
NGO data
Each NGO using Qatra manages its own donors, patients and requests. That data belongs to the NGO, is kept separate from every other NGO, and is only visible to that NGO's team.
Donor and request forms
Information submitted through an NGO's registration or request form goes to that NGO only. Donor phone numbers are never shown on public pages.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.
Deletion
To ask for your contact message to be deleted, email qatra@secaitech.com. For donor or patient records, contact the NGO that holds them.
